Job summary

Plains MIDSTREAM is seeking a Project Manager in Midland, Texas. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to define scope, develop designs, estimates, schedules, risk registers, and execution plans for viable projects in our oil and gas network.

Requirements include an engineering degree with TX registration eligibility and 5+ years in pipeline/oil processing, plus strong leadership and scheduling skills. US work authorization is required; travel may be limited.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with TX licensure eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years in pipeline/oil & gas processing including design, construction and project management.
• Knowledge of U.S. codes/standards for pipelines and hydrocarbon-processing facilities; familiarity with AACE/PMI practices.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with Business Development and Execution.
• Develop preliminary designs, cost estimates and schedules.
• Create risk registers and execution plans for viable projects.
• Provide class estimate development services to Expansion Projects Team.
• Maintain project benchmarking database and cost estimation practices.
