Job summary

Permian Resources Corporation seeks a Facilities Engineer in Midland, Texas to design and manage well-site facilities, pipelines, and electrical distribution within budget and schedule. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and travel to operational areas as needed.

The role requires a strong background in facilities design, project management, and a commitment to safety. You will troubleshoot on-site equipment and contribute to cost-effective project execution in a fast-paced oil

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oil and gas operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Experience in facilities design and project management.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage installation of well-site facilities, pipelines, electrical systems.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary asset team to ensure projects align with objectives.
• Troubleshoot on-site facility equipment and implement design changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate new technology, cost reduction, and industry benchmarking opportunities.
• Conduct frequent field visits and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate EH&S leadership by following safe practices and compliance with laws and standards.
