ABB in the United States seeks a Strategic Segment Leader for Oil & Gas and Chemical to drive growth across the U.S., identify opportunities before procurement, and build executive relationships with owner/operators, EPCs, consultants, OEMs and integrators.

You will work upstream of the traditional sales process, collaborating with district sales teams and shaping ABB strategy through market insights, with travel of 40–60% and a deep industry background.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Proven Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Midstream, or Chemical industry experience
• Solid understanding of industrial power distribution, electrification, automation
• Salesforce and CRM experience
• Ability to travel 40-60% within the United States

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute ABB's Oil & Gas and Chemical segment growth strategy across the United States.
• Identify, qualify, and develop strategic growth opportunities before projects enter formal procurement.
• Build executive-level relationships with owner/operators, EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and integrators.
• Establish ABB thought leadership through conferences, trade associations, and industry engagement.
• Provide market intelligence and market insights to the sales organization.
• Partner with district sales teams to transition qualified opportunities for execution.
• Coordinate cross-business opportunities spanning Electrification, Motion, and Automation portfolios.
• Serve as the Voice of the Market and shape ABB strategy through customer insight.
