Job summary
C3 AI is seeking an Industry Solution Leader for Oil, Gas & Chemical to lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions for refining and chemical asset performance. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, or industry-focused consulting.
- Deep experience in asset-intensive industries (oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, etc).
- Proven track record solving complex operational problems and improving equipment reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for engagements.
- Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
- Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, throughput, energy, and yield.
- Translate engineering challenges into AI/ML and software problems with clear requirements.
- Lead engagements through use-case definition, architecture, deployment, and scale.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
