Take 5 Oil Change in the United States is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced service team. This role will recruit, train, schedule, and develop crew members while upholding Take 5 standards and delivering excellent customer experiences.

No experience is required, and PAID TRAINING is provided to teach the Take 5 method for managing a shop, with opportunities to move into higher roles as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Willingness to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members.
• Proven customer-service orientation and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory and manage End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) stock.
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Support crew with oil change and other auto services.
