Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a busy service location. You’ll recruit, train, and coach crew members, manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and daily shop duties. Experience is valued but not required, as PAID TRAINING will teach the Take 5 way to manage operations and service customers.

Move up quickly with a defined growth path; top performers can earn $55k+ per year with base pay and bonuses. Full-time, with benefits and opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in a shallow 3’ deep pit under cars.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from the shop.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.
• Basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory and place product orders as needed.
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support team with oil changes and other auto services.
