Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience required—we will train you to become a skilled lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance with a positive attitude.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. Many team members advance fast to shop managers, supported by paid training and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to learn, hard-working, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
