Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs with no experience required. We offer paid training to help you grow into leadership roles and advance through the company, with pathways from Pit Tech to President.

As a crew member, you will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and serve customers in a fast-paced shop. Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with health benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• People-oriented role with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
