Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our fast-paced shop. No experience required; we will train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades, air filters, fill tires and other light maintenance tasks. You will join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, and enjoy full-time schedules with benefits as you move up quickly in the company. Training is provided to help you advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you to become a lube technician.
• Willingness to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude to the shop.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform light maintenance.
• Restock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.
