Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required—we provide paid training to learn oil changes, filter replacements, tire checks, and light maintenance. Join a growing team and advance through opportunities as a leader within the company.

Pay is up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions. We offer same-day pay, paid training, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; capable of working in hot/cold weather if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil.
• Change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
