Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our growing team as Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required; we provide paid training to help you become a skilled lube tech who can change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, and perform light maintenance.

As part of the crew, you’ll enjoy full-time schedules, competitive base pay with weekly bonuses, same-day pay through myFlexPay, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
• Full-time availability and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil.
• Change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
