Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing crew. We offer full-time roles with flexible schedules and a clear path for advancement from lube tech to leadership.

No experience is required; we will train you to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance. Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions; paid training and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change the oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
