Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Ohio crew members for full-time oil change duties. No experience required; we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, and perform light maintenance. Earn $11.00–$16.00 hourly with base pay and commissions, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within Driven Brands.

We offer same-day pay options, paid training, and a path from lube tech to shop manager. Must be 18+ with reliable transport and able to work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and provide customer service.
