Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic team members for full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience required; we will train you to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance.

Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus paid training and a growth path into leadership. We offer full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay through myFlexPay, and benefits like health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required — training provided
• Must be 18+ (16+ in some states)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and provide customer service
