Job summary

Spicer Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for Ohio focused on drinking water and wastewater leadership. You will drive profitability, lead strategic planning, and expand market presence through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.

You will strengthen client relationships, oversee budgeting and risk management, and ensure technical excellence across the region while upholding Spicer Group’s core values and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in drinking water and wastewater engineering, planning, or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience leading complex municipal or utility projects from planning through delivery.
• Established relationships within Ohio with regulators, utilities, and funding stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial health and profitability of the Ohio drinking water/wastewater region.
• Lead growth strategy and identify market opportunities for service line expansion.
• Manage risk, and ensure projects meet regulatory and client expectations.
• Drive regional business development and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships with municipalities, authorities, and utility owners.
• Coordinate with regional managers to share best practices and pursue opportunities.
