Job summary

Spicer Group Inc. seeks an Ohio Region Vice President to provide strategic leadership and drive growth across Ohio.

The role translates enterprise priorities into an actionable regional plan, aligns service capabilities with market opportunities, and strengthens client relationships while building the regional team and office network. The Ohio VP will partner with executive leadership, service group leaders, Marketing, Business Development, and corporate support to balance external leadership

Qualifications

• Executive presence and sound judgment to lead the Ohio region.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership across teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Ohio and to other Spicer Group locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Ohio regional strategic plan.
• Own the Ohio P&L, annual budget, forecast, backlog, collections, and key performance metrics.
• Lead regional staffing, office planning, and culture.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and market growth in Ohio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Finance, HR, and service groups.
• Ensure successful project delivery with risk management and quality control.
