Spicer Group is seeking a Project Manager (licensed PE) for our Drinking Water/Wastewater Service Line in Ohio. You will lead small- to mid-size municipal projects, prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with clients and team members to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include design, cost estimation, quality control, report writing, and business development. A strong engineering background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) required or demonstrated PM work in AEC.
• Professional Engineer licensure or progress toward licensure.
• Understanding of project life cycle and project scheduling/budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare proposals with budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage small- to medium-sized projects and teams.
• Design plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Quality control on all deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Lead/mentor engineers and technicians.
• Oversee field reviews and project meetings.
