Job summary

Spicer Group seeks a strategic, growth-oriented executive to lead Ohio operations as Regional Vice President. You will translate enterprise priorities into a regional plan, align capabilities with markets, and strengthen client and partner relationships while building the team, offices, and structure for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Proven track record guiding regional growth and P&L performance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple offices.
Strong client and partner relationship development and management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year regional strategic plan for Ohio.
Own the Ohio P&L, budgets, forecast, and performance metrics.
Lead service-group alignment, staffing, and office plans.
Drive market growth, client engagement, and partnerships.
Foster culture, accountability, and executive leadership across the region.
