Spicer Group invites an experienced Drinking Water / Wastewater leader to become Regional Manager for Ohio. This role drives profitability, growth, and client engagement across the Ohio region, leveraging strong relationships with municipalities, regulators, and funding stakeholders.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, cross‑selling opportunities, and delivery of technically excellent projects while upholding Spicer Group’s values and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Significant experience in drinking water and wastewater engineering, planning, or infrastructure delivery.
• Established relationships within Ohio.
• Experience leading complex municipal or utility projects from planning through delivery.
• Background working with public funding programs, regulatory agencies, and local decision-makers.
• Demonstrate competency in client management and engagement, project management, communication, collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor professionals.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to represent Spicer Group with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional drinking water and wastewater projects in Ohio, ensuring financial health and profitability.
• Guide growth strategy for the drinking water/wastewater service line and identify market opportunities.
• Manage risk and ensure timely, sound decision-making.
• Serve as project manager on large multidisciplinary projects within the region.
• Lead regional business development and client engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with directors to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with municipalities, authorities, and utility owners.
