Job summary

Spicer Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to lead Drinking Water and Wastewater Service Line projects in Ohio. This role manages proposals, budgets, scheduling, and directs project teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

You will work on municipal drinking water treatment and wastewater projects, supervise engineers, and engage with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer licensure with eligibility to obtain licensure in Ohio.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle for AEC projects.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to lead inter-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and manage budgets and schedules for small to mid-size projects.
• Direct team members, coordinate with clients, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Design plans, specifications, and cost estimates; perform quality control.
• Support business development with proposal presentations and client meetings.
