Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the day shift in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, resident-centered care while upholding dignity, respect, and comfort for each resident.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, documenting care, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure continuity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be State Tested in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Nursing Home Facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control protocols.
