Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Record and report changes to nursing staff; document care in EHR or charts.
