Job summary

Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the day shift. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and the chance to contribute to high-quality patient care.

You will perform direct patient care, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with licensed staff. Candidates must be STNA-certified in Ohio and able to lift patients; weekend/holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

Must be a certified STNA in Ohio.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift and mobilize patients as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance under supervision of licensed staff.
Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
Help patients with daily living activities such as bathroom use, transfers, and mobility.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and report hazards to supervisors.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and services provided.
