Job summary

Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team on the day shift in Cleveland, Ohio. You will provide high-quality care while ensuring residents' dignity, respect, and comfort, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain continuity of care.

The role offers both part-time and full-time shifts with daily pay options and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO after 90 days.

• Must be State Tested in Ohio.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.
