Duties and Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.
