Job summary

The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the Day Shift (7a–7p). You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to support residents' independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant credential required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with ADLs, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting well-being and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
