East Park Care Community in Brookpark, OH seeks a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for full-time day shift. Under licensed nurse supervision, you’ll assist residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and documentation in the EHR, while maintaining safety and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Support mobility including turning, transferring, and ambulation with assistive devices as needed.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Document care provided and residents' responses in EHR or paper charts.
• Report changes to nursing staff and maintain resident safety and comfort.
