Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to grow a service area, expand client relationships, and drive revenue.
• Strong knowledge of land use, zoning, planning, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of land development, redevelopment, urban planning, and economic development projects from concept to completion.
• Provide strategic oversight for planning, staffing, risks, permitting, entitlements, and regulatory coordination.
• Manage financial performance, including utilization, revenue growth, profitability, and budgeting.
• Lead or chair projects with accountability for successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
