Job summary

Spicer Group is seeking a Regional Manager for the Ohio CEI service line. This role leads construction operations, oversees CEI staff, and drives profitability and growth through client engagement and cross-service collaboration.

The incumbent will uphold company values while ensuring safe, high‑quality project delivery across municipal, utility, and transportation infrastructure. The position requires a hands‑on civil/CEI professional with strong field experience, ability to travel up to 50%,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (required).
• Significant experience in construction engineering and inspection (required).
• Established relationships within Ohio (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Ohio CEI project delivery for municipal, utility, and transportation infrastructure.
• Oversee field inspection and construction engineering staff and staffing coverage.
• Direct contract administration activities including submittals, RFIs, field clarifications, change orders, and claims support.
• Ensure field documentation and reporting are organized to support pay items and dispute resolution.
• Oversee pay estimates, quantity tracking, and timely invoicing.
• Establish QA/QC practices for CEI services and coordinate materials testing.
