Job summary

Biofrontera Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Territory Leader to promote a buy-and-bill prescription product and device in dermatology. The role requires building relationships with physicians, clinics, and institutions within the defined territory.

The successful candidate will travel extensively (80% of the time), meet volume goals, deliver product trainings and demonstrations, and collaborate across functions to support practice workflows and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, communications or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a B2B environment.
• 0-2 years sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry, and willingness to learn via our extensive training programs.
• Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual compensation is commensurate with job related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
• Must live within the specified territory.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and comprehend the science specific to the product and therapeutic indications.
• Ability to drive long distances (up to 6 hours on occasion).
• Willingness to travel by air as needed, either within the territory or for company meetings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 20lb.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell an array of products in dermatology within the defined Ohio territory.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with physicians’ offices, clinics, group practices and institutions.
• Develop detailed understanding of customer practices and reimbursement processes.
• Provide product training, demonstrations, and installations for staff.
• Monitor activity with data analytics and drive pull-through to meet territory objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Complete administrative duties including reporting and expense management.
• Engage in company training and regional activities to expand knowledge.
