Organon LLC is seeking a Business Manager, Dermatology to drive product awareness and utilization in Columbus, Ohio. You will build physician relationships, promote our dermatology portfolio, and lead sales initiatives within a defined territory.

The role requires at least two years in quota-driven sales, a bachelor’s degree, and travel as needed. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in a quota-driven role with preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
• High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the territory.
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
• Promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals with compliant knowledge.
• Engage physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals.

• Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing health care environment and gain access to customers through strategic thinking.
• Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
