Job summary

Phothera Phototherapy is seeking a Dermatology Sales Specialist to launch and grow the Ohio territory from Cleveland, focusing on medical dermatology accounts. You will develop lasting provider relationships, educate care teams on home phototherapy, and drive recurring prescribing adoption.

This field-based role requires four-plus days of travel weekly, strong clinical credibility, and the ability to open new doors in Cleveland and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current or recent medical dermatology sales experience, including direct experience calling on medical dermatologists.
• Demonstrated success driving prescription growth, provider adoption, new business, territory expansion, or market share.
• Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and territory planning skills.
• Experience managing a large geographic territory.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to travel throughout Ohio, and ability to lift and transport demonstration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory business plan to expand awareness, new prescribing providers, utilization, and long-term growth.
• Identify high-potential medical dermatology accounts, prioritize opportunities, and build efficient field routing plans.
• Track market dynamics, prescribing trends, competitive activity, and account development opportunities.
• Educate dermatologists and advanced practice providers on home narrowband UVB phototherapy for psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo.
