Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OFSC consultant to support design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions. You will gather requirements, map processes, configure OFSC, and coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful deployments.

This hybrid role in Atlanta, GA requires three days per week in the office, with potential consideration of candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if an associate degree, six years of experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for OFSC implementations.
• Support functional design and process mapping for field service operations.
• Configure OFSC based on business needs and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and support integration discussions with technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities.
• Create training materials and provide user support during deployment.
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned to project standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end field service solutions.
