Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced estimator for xPL Offsite in Huntsville, AL. You will prepare detailed estimates from drawings and specs, develop bid packages, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure scope completeness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in structural, mechanical and/or electrical disciplines is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Knowledge of estimating documents and ability to provide qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Conceptual ability to work with minimal information and swiftly develop project requirements and estimates.
• Ability to manage concurrent demands and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for identified xPL solutions and products based on project construction drawings and specifications.
• Develop bid packages and scope for vendors, suppliers, and third‑party integrators.
• Coordinate with xPL Offsite stakeholders to incorporate schedule, manufacturing capacity, logistics, and post‑delivery support.
