McKinstry is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our Offsite Manufacturing division in Spokane, WA. This multi-functional role ensures products are designed, built, and scaled efficiently from prototype through high-volume production, while providing hands-on shop floor support.

You will drive lean and automation improvements, assist with industrialization, and collaborate across functions to ensure manufacturability and safe transitions from design to production across facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DfMA/DfA, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods.
• Hands-on fabrication and assembly experience (sheet metal, welding, piping, HVAC, or electrical).
