Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our Offsite Manufacturing division. The role is a multi‑functional technical position ensuring products are designed, built, and scaled efficiently from prototype through high‑volume production, with hands‑on shop floor support and drive for lean/automation improvements.

You will collaborate across functions, support industrialization engineering, validate readiness, and standardize processes across facilities to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree or certs preferred.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering; hands‑on shop floor experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methods.
