Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DfMA/DfA, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication and assembly (sheet metal, welding, piping, HVAC, or electrical).
