Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is seeking an Offsite Catering Events Manager to lead and supervise catering events across multiple sites. The role requires strong client relations, event coordination, and the ability to write proposals and contracts.

You will manage staff at events, coordinate logistics and ensure service quality, with a benefits package including health, retirement, and vacation time.

Formación

• 2+ years of catering events management experience.
• Experience with prospecting and cold calling to solicit clients.
• Ability to develop guest rapport and handle client questions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise offsite catered events
• Solicit new catering clients through prospecting and cold calling
• Develop and write catering proposals and contracts; follow event instructions
• Staff all catering events and communicate details to employees
• Load and transport food and equipment to off-site events
• Attend tastings and weekly catering meetings
• Record orders, process payments and balance receipts
• Schedule events in online system and respond to clients
