Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across all site activities and model safe behaviours.
• Manage maintenance activities within assigned scopes for safe, efficient execution.
• Report on maintenance progress and performance to stakeholders.
• Oversee manpower in support of maintenance activities for optimal resources.
• Drive initiatives to improve Safety, Health and Environment culture on site.
• Ensure materials, permits and equipment are in place for safe campaigns and manage logistics.
• Identify recurrent corrective maintenance and suggest process improvements.
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to Site Representative and Asset Management Team.
• Collaborate with Site Representative and discipline leads to align forward plans with timelines.
• Implement LEAN principles on-site to boost efficiency and reduce admin burden.
