Job summary

Noble Corporation seeks an experienced maintenance planner for offshore rigs to organize and coordinate all maintenance and inspection activities, ensuring safety and environmental compliance at all times. You will prioritize work with senior rig management to maximize rig efficiency and minimize downtime.

The role requires 10+ years in mechanicrole, offshore jack-up experience, and strong leadership with mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as Mechanic, Electrician or Electronics Technician
• 1+ years offshore cyber jack-up experience
• Valid BOSIET CA EBS
• Superior troubleshooting skills and techniques
• Strong leadership with coaching/mentoring abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities for the rig with Drilling Superintendent and Rig Manager to maximize efficiency
• Advise on modifications and procedure updates to improve maintenance systems and ensure MOC compliance
• Keep backlog low by completing repairs and projects within schedule
• Assist in input and cost control to keep annual maintenance within budget
• Provide technical support for MOC and engineering changes
• Maintain rig damage control equipment and inventory
• Ensure accurate work permits, tags and logs reflect current status
• Develop crew members and provide guidance as required
• Ensure replacement parts are documented and returned to inventory
