Job summary

Noble Corporation is seeking an experienced offshore rig PIC/OPs leader to oversee operations, safety, and compliance for a MODU unit. The role requires coordinating with the Captain and Drilling Superintendent, managing personnel, and ensuring environmental and regulatory adherence on a complex offshore installation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience as a Tour Pusher.
• MODU OIM License, Unrestricted.
• Marshall Island endorsement.
• BOSIET CA EBS and Well Control Level 4 (Surface & Subsea).
• 5+ years of experience using IFS.
• Strong leadership, communication and management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and company proprietary software.
• Experience with Dynamic Positioning Systems.
• Knowledge of offshore marine operations and environmental regulations.
• Ability to multi-task and own rig equipment and processes.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly represent Noble on board the unit and oversee operation, management, and safety offshore.
• Act as PIC when required, supervising rig positioning, mooring, and loading decisions.
• Coordinate with supervisors on ballast, loading, and equipment needs; order parts as required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of drilling-related equipment and safety of personnel.
• Lead daily operations meetings and brief crews on current drilling activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, MARPOL, and environmental protection requirements.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage budgets and cost control.
• Oversee waste handling, documentation, and handover notes for PIC.
