American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Rochester, MN. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You are the face of our company, passionate about AE/Aerie products, and ready to represent our values with your real self. You will rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest needs while maintaining policy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can engage guests effectively.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• You are comfortable explaining product features and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
