Looking for an administrative role where your organization skills actually matter?
Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Support Specialist to join our National Headquarters team in Lee's Summit.
This is an administrative support position for someone who is comfortable working with documentation, customer records, emails, phone calls, follow-up, data entry, and multiple priorities at the same time.
You don't need roofing or insurance experience—we'll teach you our industry and processes. What we are looking for is someone who already understands how an office operates, can learn new systems quickly, and can keep work moving without needing constant direction.
You don't have to know roofing or insurance when you walk through the door.
You do need to be organized, dependable, comfortable with administrative work, and willing to learn.
If you're the person who keeps track of the details, follows up when something is still outstanding, catches mistakes before they become problems, and can move between several priorities without getting overwhelmed, this may be a great opportunity to bring those skills into a new industry.
Insurance and roofing experience are not required.
We'll train you on our processes, systems, and industry terminology. Your existing administrative experience and ability to learn quickly are what matter most.
If you have administrative experience and are looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where you can learn, contribute, and grow, we'd like to hear from you.
