The University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking an Office Support Assistant III in the Division of Information Technology. The role provides essential reception and administrative support to the division, handling calls, mail, and guest reception, while assisting with meeting room coordination and events.
Primary duties include on-site clerical tasks, travel arrangements, supply management, and processing service requests.

The Office Support Assistant III for the Division of InformationTechnology is the initial point of contact for the Division. Thisposition will perform administrative and office support activitiesto support the entire Division.
The Division of Information Technology supports a broad andcomplex portfolio of services including infrastructure, enterprisesystems, cybersecurity, research computing, and digitalservices.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experiencefrom which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired isnecessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
