RR Donnelley is seeking an Office Services Associate, Reprography and Mail Specialist to support reprographics, mail, shipping, and document services in a professional corporate environment.

The role focuses on timely, accurate delivery, quality control, and exceptional service for employees, clients, and visitors, with duties spanning printing, mail processing, and records management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in reprographics, mail services, or office services.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace tech; experience with print production or mail systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and quality control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk extensively.

Responsibilities

• Produce, prepare, and quality-check printing, copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and document production requests.
• Prioritize workflow, manage job tickets, and ensure all work is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain reprographics equipment, replenish supplies, troubleshoot routine issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support digital document management, records processing, and related administrative services.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier deliveries, and shipping requests.
• Coordinate mail distribution, package tracking, and delivery services with logs and records.
• Support inventory management of mailroom and office services supplies.
• Partner with vendors and couriers to ensure efficient service delivery.
