As the first point of contact for our organization, the Office Receptionist will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere, making an excellent first impression on visitors and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  3. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office staff
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  2. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software
