Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they receive a positive and efficient experience.

Pay Range: $750 - $1,100 per week

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  3. Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain office calendars.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to support office operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
