The Role
We are seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Gardena - Los Angeles. You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Branch’s Operations Manager, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining campervan condition, and ensuring smooth depot operations.

What You Will Do

• Handle reservations, greet guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
• Prepare and clean campervans;
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and repairs;
• Register guests, manage inventory, and process payments;
• Address complaints and emergencies.

Who We Are Looking For

• Travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car (desirable);
• Excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience (mandatory);
• Legal eligibility to work in the US, valid driver’s license, and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory);
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays;
• Responsible, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
