Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team in Los Angeles. The Office Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This role is essential in maintaining the daily workflow of our office and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
