Job summary

Holt Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to support our growing business in the Des Moines area. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on People Operations, Accounting, and Office Management, with IT and other operations support as needed.

Salary range is $60,000–$80,000 per year. The candidate will handle interviews, onboarding, offboarding, employee data integrity in multiple systems, and general office administration, with additional IT and business operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office experience.
• Experience using Service Titan preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews with operations leaders.
• Collaborate with Employee Services for new hire onboarding.
• Collaborate with Employee Services for employee offboarding.
• Maintain office communications and compliance boards.
• Ensure data integrity in ADP, Service Titan, Samba, and other systems.
• Answer employee questions or direct them as needed.
• Escalate employee relations issues to the Regional Employee Services Team.
